Updating your payment information for expired or lost cards

If you have recently changed the debit/credit card that you use to pay for your child sponsorship, and your subscription is now on hold, please follow the below steps to continue your sponsorship with your new card.

Remember that you must be registered with your bank to receive authentication codes via your mobile or email address to verify your transaction. If requested at checkout, input the code you receive from your bank, or authorise the transaction via your banking app, to finalise your payment.

  • Choose a €21 monthly or €250 annually option and add to cart. Proceed to checkout.
  • IMPORTANT: If you are not logged in already make sure you do so by clicking “RETURNING CUSTOMER OR SPONSOR? Click here to login”. If you cannot remember your password press the “Lost your password?” button to reset. Don’t worry if you cannot remember your username, just use your email address.
  • After completing the checkout page and clicking “Continue to Payment” choose “Pay with another card”.
  • Once payment is confirmed your child sponsorship will continue as normal and the new card will be used for future automated payments.
